[mapserver-dev] The WFS Startinx parameter seem do not work

Hi,

I'm testing the StartIndex parameter with 6.3-dev but it seem don't work.

I try this:

http://www502.regione.toscana.it/wfsvector/com.rt.wfs.RTmap/wf<http://web.regione.toscana.it/wfsvector/com.rt.wfs.RTmap/wf>
s?service=WFS&version=1.1.0&request=GetFeature&typename=sita:idcomuni.rt.poly&maxFeatures=10&sortBy=nome&StartIndex=2

But it seem to start always to 1.

The startindex is not a wfs standard parameter but it is describe in the
documentation.

It is a bug ?
