[mapserver-dev] 6.4 open issues

Regarding to #4562 <https://github.com/mapserver/mapserver/issues/4562> I've
already posted a mail to the -dev list twice, but I didn't get any
meaningful feedback from the PSC members whether it would be reasonable or
not. It may however not very popular because of being specific to the OGR
driver only.
