[mapserver-dev] Failed to build mapserver

Hello,

I am trying to build MapServer master but it failed:

I have no /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libxml2.la file, only
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libxml2.a or so file there.

Do you have any idea about how to correct this?
