[mapserver-dev] Reminder: 6.4 Feature freeze

Hi Thomas,

Just so I know what's coming down the road, am I correct that:

- since there is no branch-6-4, it will be tagged from master soon
- meaning: all builds will be run through CMake for the 6.4 release
