Devs,
I have updated RFC101, with feedback from the comment period. Changes
w.r.t the original version are:
- added support for traditional mapserver modes (maplegend,
maplegendicon, legend templates)
- explicated the (non) support for mapscript
- explicated the supported layer types (namely classified raster
layers are not supported)

With that said, I would like to call for vote, starting with my +1.
