We need to choose between two great options for the 2014 Code Sprint 
where MapServer usually has a good representation:

Hey Sprinters, rather that doing a yes/no binary thing, how about we see 
how much polarity there is one way or another, by asking everyone who 
would go to a sprint which places and dates they could actually attend.

For example, in my case, I can attend at both venues at all months, so 
I'd check them all. It's all the same to me, but my vote counts, in that 
it's a vote for trying lots of things. If it turns out a large portion 
of our community simply cannot attend a particular venue or time, this 
is our chance to figure that out. My guess (hope) is that for every 
North American who just cannot find their way to Vienna, there will be a 
European who can find their way there, and things will end up pretty 
even, but let's see if that guess is true.
