[mapserver-dev] Call For Vote on RFC92: Cmake migration

I'd like to suggest the addition of a docs page listing the options and 
providing sample commands for a couple of simple build scenarios, either 
as a .txt file in the root of the source tree, or as part of the website 
docs.
