[mapserver-dev] [Motion] Add MapCache commit rights to Homme Zwaagstra

Pending his acceptance of
http://mapserver.org/development/rfc/ms-rfc-7.2.html, I would like to
open commit rights to Homme Zwaagstra for the MapCache repository.
Homme created the NodeJS bindings for mapcache and would be willing to
move those into the main MapCache repository. He also added a much
needed testing framework that I hope can be extended in the future.
Giving him commit rights will streamline that process and would be a
great addition to the project.
