[mapserver-dev] website troubles

It seems to be still occurring this morning (thread:
http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/sac/2014-April/004961.html).

I did notice on IRC this morning some SAC members mentioning our
MapServer docs/sphinx cronjob, as they tackled the problem with the
VM...I think they were disabling any jobs that might be slowing the
machine down:



  Hamish_B:	mapserver sphinx now set to run once per day at nice 15,
which should set the lowest ionice level before only-of-idle mode.
