[mapserver-dev] Abstract(s) for Portland FOSS4G

Great idea about celebrating the 20th anniversary, especially if/when
you (SteveL) are around.

However let's keep in mind that users still need a presentation that
goes over the recent additions to the software. They actually do attend
it to find out what's new.

So either the 20th anniversary is just a mention (one slide) in the more
traditional overview of what's new, or we go for two separate talks?

BTW, I gave a "MapServer History" talk at FOSSGIS a few weeks ago
highlighting some key milestones of MapServer's history and the
"pre-history" that led to it, it could be used as a starting point for a
separate talk, there is easily enough to talk about in 20 years of
history to fill 20 minutes. I was actually wondering if I should submit
it for Portland, so if other project members are game to join then I'd
be happy to submit it.
