[mapserver-dev] CMake: how to force regeneration of mapparser.c/.h

[Lime, Steve D (MNIT)]

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious but how does one force bison/yacc to run when mapparser.y changes. I don't see that dependency in the generated Makefile,
