[mapserver-dev] Goodbye mapserver

Hi all,
it's been too long since I had the time to contribute to Mapserver.
Unfortunately I foresee this is not likely to change, therefore I resign
from all my positions in the project.

There's still one issue assigned to me:

https://github.com/mapserver/mapserver/issues/assigned/unicolet

the fix is non trivial to implement (Tamas was working on it, but I don't
know how far he went) and there is a (hackish) workaround so, unless
someone steps forward, I suggest we close it.

I'll keep reading the ml, just in case.

Thanks to all, it's been a great experience that taught me a lot!
