[mapserver-dev] Heads up: 7.0 version branched

Hi Devs,

The branches for the code and the docs of the 7.0 release have been
created and published.

Starting from now:
* code fixes for 7.0 should go into branch-7-0, master is only to be
used for features targetting 7.2
* the mapserver.org website is serving up 7.0 docs. All documentation
commits should now go to branch-7-0, there should be no further
commits to branch-6-4
