Hello,

Just to let you know that I created a mapcache docker container (automatic 
build): https://hub.docker.com/r/yjacolin/docker-mapcache/

Images are currently building. Images are currently a little bit too heavy so 
my next work will focus to make them lighter.

Any feedback welcome!
