[mapserver-dev] php-mapscript missing from Ubuntu 16.04 beta?

I downloaded a version of Ubuntu 16.04 beta to try it out.  It seems 
that php5-mapscript in missing. i do not see it in apt-cache search.

Or maybe I'm just missing something.  I'm trying to set up just as I did 
in 14.04.

Has something changed?
