[mapserver-dev] [OSGeo-Live] Bug #1586 MapServer demo application not compatible with version 7.0

Hi MapServer devs,

we are working on OSGeo-Live 9.5 which will coontain MapServer 7.0

With MapServer 7 the demo does not work anymore. We opened a ticket 
already and the error and solution is described.

Can someone update the files at:

and afterwards the install_mapserver.sh at
