Hi Astrid, Steve, all,

Actually I've been maintaining the Itasca demo for each MapServer 
release for a very long time, for the MS4W community, and the latest one 
(supporting MapServer 7) already exists at: 
http://www.ms4w.com/release/apps/mapserv_demo_ms4w.zip
