I'd be happy if someone has comments on the soundness of the implementation.

Open questions :
- should we add by default image/vnd.jpeg-png & image/vnd.jpeg-png8 in 
capabilities ?
- Which mime types to use for GetCapabilities response and value of the format 
query parameter (For the response of a GetMap/GetCoverage, image/jpeg or 
image/png are used) ? I've finally adopted the same as Andrea's proposal for 
GeoServer
