Hi MapServer PSC,

I just thought that I'd share details of how the QGIS project is 
successfully distributing funding, for development & documentation, 
through an open 'grant program'.  Here is the list of possible 
enhancements and their proposals.  I think this is excellent, a win-win 
for everyone.
