[mapserver-dev] Contributing a bunch of fixes

Hi Martin,

I did some rework in the MSSQL driver recently (still under testing, not
published) and I prefer to check if your fixes are affected with that, or
unrelated. Do we already have something added in github about the upcoming
changes you mentioned?
