[mapserver-dev] BoF meeting log from FOSS4G-Paris

Hi all,

We had a very interesting MapServer BoF (birds of a feather) session 
during FOSS4G-Paris this week.  All were in agreement to get the ball 
rolling on MapServer visibility, as well as a method for 
call-for-sponsorship for features.  A great discussion, which we will
