[mapserver-dev] 7.0.5 release?

I don't know that we have a formal benchmark to guide when to release - it's sorta by feel - or the presence of a significant bug fix. The last couple have been driven by security patches so I think we could be a bit more planful in this case. Is anyone sitting on any significant bug fixes? 

Maybe shoot for April 1st?

7.0.4 was released.

What's our current protocol around stable branch release management?
