[mapserver-dev] Extending commit rights to Seth Girvin

Hi all: Even approached me about extending commit rights to Seth Girvin (@geographika). He's an increasingly frequent contributor to the project - especially related to Python MapScript. Commit rights would help with that work. He's also behind the popular mappyfile Python library that makes mapfile management a snap. I think it's a great idea and will start with an enthusiastic +1.
