Hi Seth,

There is a strong chance that I'll be there, and if I am then I'll be 
happy to help if I can. However as Mike wrote it would be ideal to have 
Even around for the PROJ6 stuff specifically as this is new to all of us.

I'd suggest swapping the first and second paragraph of your abstract, to 
start with the news of the 7.4 release to catch the attention of the 
reader trying to choose a conference to attend.

Also, by August, v7.4 should have been released, so I'd suggest changing 
the future tense for a past: "MapServer 7.4 was be released earlier this 
year..."

P.S. I started work on the addition of a MapML implementation in 
MapServer recently and will be more active on that front between now and 
the summer. I don't think MapML should be mentioned in the abstract as 
that will be part of the 8.0 plans, and I will also submit a separate 
talk proposal for FOSS4G2019 specifically on MapML in MapServer, to 
discuss what the spec itself is about (since it's new) and how to use 
it, etc.
