[mapserver-dev] 7.4 RC1 release this week?

Changes since beta2 have been slow so I don't see an obvious reason for another beta. I'd like to propose a release candidate this week, I'd suggest Wednesday 5/1. Thoughts? Otherwise I'll start with a +1.
