[mapserver-dev] problems compiling mapserver7.4.2 with php7.3 in debian buster

Hi altogether,

Could you please help me?

I have problems compiling mapserver7.4.2 with php7.3 in debian buster. I get the following error in the mapscript part.
"ext/standard/head.h" ist mssing. Where can I find it?
