Hi all,

Some updates today:

- fixed many broken urls (in 27+ files) in our docs 
(https://github.com/mapserver/docs/commit/7731d3bcb443b9216f475c2863670e43a9f25ca9)
- built a mapserv 7.4.2 instance and applied that to all of our live OGC 
demos on demo.mapserver.org
- fixed SLD demos, which are linked throughout our SLD HowTo, that had a 
problem loading the SLD files through HTTPS (fixed demo link example: 
https://demo.mapserver.org/cgi-bin/wms?SERVICE=wms&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&LAYERS=country_bounds&FORMAT=png&WIDTH=400&HEIGHT=300&SRS=EPSG:4326&STYLES=&BBOX=-180.0,-90.0,180.0,90.0&TRANSPARENT=TRUE&SLD=https://demo.mapserver.org/ogc-demos/map/sld/sld_line_simple.xml)

I think those changes will help many new MapServer users.
