[mapserver-dev] which base should I use to submit a PR that adds usage of an attribute for label->OFFSET and label->ALIGN

Dear mapserver developers and committee,

On request of one of our clients, I am adding the support of attributes to both OFFSET and ALIGN in LABEL.


I wonder if I should base the PR on master, or on one of the 7.6 branches. This has been an urgent request from the client, and it would be fantastic if it could still fit in 7.6 RC.
