[mapserver-dev] 2020 Budget Ideas - Follow Up

[Steve Lime]

Kinda quiet on this topic so I took a shot at it myself. Please see
https://github.com/mapserver/mapserver/wiki/OSGeo-2020-Budget. With a
couple of releases on the horizon it would great to get this proposal to
the board so we can take care of release managers.
