BerkeleyDB as a backend is more popular that we realize (users seem to
like how portable BerkeleyDB and SQLite are) - I know this because MS4W
supports both as a backend for MapCache users. I did once see an error
with 'page size', but this seems to be different than 'illegal page
type'. I'll keep an eye open for this now... -jeff
