Thanks for the replies on budget ideas. I created a draft budget
document at:

Now for the fun part - prioritizing and adding $ figures. I think it's
important to be as specific as possible, especially on the items we know
are coming (e.g. releases). Thoughts? We could do a quick PSC meeting to
finalize things...
