[mapserver-dev] Some msautotests fail

Thank you Jeff,

If I understand correctly from GetCapabilities, the service no longer 
serves "image/gif". Should I update that wms_format to "image/png" in 
gdal/wmsclient.map and renderers/wmsclient.map?
