To prevent this from happening again (because it will happen again to 
others, it's just too easy to miss that email about the branches in the 
middle of everything else) is there any reason to not remove or disable 
the line that publishes the docs to the live server in the branch-7-4 
.travis.yml?  I see a check on $TRAVIS_BRANCH in that line, but it 
doesn't seem to do much.
