[mapserver-dev] Reminder of big push now for 8.0 release

Sounds good Tom, if you're more comfortable with a Jitsi meeting that is 
fine too (edit the wiki agenda details as you need, and let us know).  I 
just wanted to get the ball rolling on the date and agenda initial draft 
page.
