Discovering patches that could eventually help the openSUSE packaging,
I've checked this one and find it a bit strange.
There's a rewrite to adjust the order, but also complete changes in variables
used and somes of them are lost.
For example $(PGFLAGS) $(FCGIFLAGS) $(GIT_FLAGS) are litteraly deleted
and replaced by litterally differents variables like
$(POSTGIS_INC) $(XML2_INC) $(FCGI_INC) $(SVN_FLAGS)
I'm pretty sure SVN_FLAGS is not filled up so is this patch really doing
what's it want to achieve ?
Thanks you if you can help me to understand the situation.
