[mapserver-dev] proposing a 7.6.4 release

Hi devs,

I'm not sure if this was mentioned here before, but I had targeted a 
7.6.4 release for this Friday, July 2nd.  You can see that there have 
been some very useful changes since 7.6.3:

Does anyone object to releasing 7.6.4 this Friday?  ("release early, 
release often")

I hope this would be the last release before the big 8.0
