[mapserver-dev] MapServer FOSS4G 2021 Talk

Seth: I'm presenting on OGC API in another capacity but happy to help with
the
MapServer context if Steve needs (we should discuss at the next PSC
meeting).

Having said this, in addition I will report on MapServer status on OGC API
as part of a presentation
I am working on with OGC on OGC API in general.
