[mapserver-dev] mapfile.dtd and mapfile.xsd

Thanks Steve, I won't try and keep this updated. 
Is the preference to remove the file completely or to add a comment indicating it is no longer maintained?
I've posted to the user list to try and gauge the level of XML usage.
