[mapserver-dev] master MapServer docs online?

Nice! The only thing I'd add is that it really needs to be clear what
branch the docs are based on. The
https://geographika.github.io/MapServer-documentation/documentation.html
still retains the 7.6.4 version in spots which would be confusing if
someone stumbled upon the main branch preview...

Stupid question - are mapserv.org and mapserver.github.io the same thing?
