[mapserver-dev] master MapServer docs online?

I agree that a completely separate URL would be clearer, but probably more
work to implement and maintain. Can we control the sub-directory name?
Something like https://mapserver.github.io/preview would make sense to me -
especially if there was a way to somehow communicate explicitly it is a
preview of the main branch - a site-wide banner would be perfect IMHO.
