[mapserver-dev] reminder of next PSC meeting: Thursday

Hi all,

(sorry for email in the middle of the busiest week, with multiple FOSS4G 
events happening this week)

The next scheduled PSC meeting is this coming Thursday.  Most won't be 
able to attend due to this week's chaos & preparations.  Maybe some can 
attend briefly for a chat.
