[MapServer-dev] security warnings for "MapServer-import" repo

Agreed, I had wrote earlier offline to Steve that I think it was used 
for the Trac/SVN to GitHub move.

I just wanted to make sure, so posted here before modifying it.

Will delete it, from the reactions received.
