[MapServer-dev] Motion: Submit OSGeo Budget Request for 2025

Hi Steve,

Would you be able to officially submit the budget at https://github.com/MapServer/MapServer/wiki/MapServer-2025-Budget to board at lists.osgeo.org ?
This motion has been open a week, with +1 from Steve, Even and me.
