[MapServer-dev] Plan for 8.6.6 release

Hi all,

There are a few very important fixes in branch-8-6 now for users, so I 
propose to push out a 8.6.6 release a week from today.  This will give 
us time to triage the security reports & any further feedback, by then. 
(milestone: https://github.com/MapServer/MapServer/milestone/68 )

Also, recently we created a security "team" in GitHub (that contains the 
MapServer PSC and a few interested developers) to tackle the pending 
security reports, so if you're reading this & interested in helping 
please let me know.
