[Mapserver-inspire] wrong content-type for exceptions

Hi all,

today I did update the service http://www.geodaten-mv.de/dienste/inspirevs_test from svn sandbox/inspire. I noticed that exceptions have a wrong content-type set in their headers, which is always set to image/gif. See http://www.geodaten-mv.de/dienste/inspirevs_test?LAYERS=none&FORMAT=image/png&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.3.0&REQUEST=GetMap&STYLES=&CRS=CRS:84&BBOX=-10,-10,10,10&WIDTH=100&HEIGHT=100&EXCEPTIONS=BLANK. Can somebody confirm this?
