Where is printsymbols utility

I think the name was changed to "sym2gif".  There is
a sym2gif.c file in the Mapserver source code.  Compile
it as a stand-alone exe (linking in the appropriate mapserver
functions).  It will create a gif file showing the symbols in
your symbol file:

Syntax: sym2gif [symbolfile] [cellx] [celly] [columns] [rows] [labels
ON/OFF] [outfile]
