Question about fonts?

Brian,
  I'm working on implementing Steve Lime's tutorial on Windows NT.  You can
access it from http://128.101.73.154/projects/tutorial  Your map file looks
like it needs more stuff before it works... (specify the font set, symbol
sets, Image and data paths).  Steve's tutorial goes through examples of
simple map and template files.  Hope this helps.
