Yet another release. Contains several bug fixes and a new line label placement algorithm.

  - fixed bug with legends and symbolscale
  - fixed bug in writing multipart shapes from mapscript
  - re-wrote labelCache drawing, filling functions, much faster
  - fixed polygon intersection test
  - fixed problem with queryMaps and legends
  - added forced property to labels

Probably a couple more I can't remember.
