I'm not able to see my zoomed image!!!

You need to make sure mapserv.exe is putting the images in a
directory accessible to your web server.  For example,
my map files contains:

WEB
  IMAGEPATH "/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/htdocs/mapserv3.3/tmp/"
  IMAGEURL  "/mapserv3.3/tmp/"
     :

Notice how the value for IMAGEURL is the last two dirs of IMAGEPATH
(and it is relative to the web server's "document-root" of
/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/htdocs)
