Compile mapserver on WinNT

Hi,

 I have placed a zip file with necessary makefile and readme
instructions to be able to
compile mapserver on WinNT with the tiff and freetype extensions.

 http://www2.dmsolutions.on.ca/mapserver/ms_vc_makefiles_v3.3.009.zip


Please read the file COMPILE_MAPSERVER.vc first so that  you can have a
general idea
of what is needed to do the build.
